Ghosh Yoga teaches the traditions and modern evolutions of yoga.

From the oldest texts and spiritual beginnings through the incorporation of the body and modern science. We strive to pass on knowledge of how to practice and teach yoga as well as the reasons why.

"This was, by far, the best training I’ve ever been to. I’m proud to be a part of the Ghosh high standard. Every once in a while people come around to renew & upgrade the known standard, to shake up the paradigm— Ida & Scott are the dynamic duo to do just that. This was an amazing experience that upgraded my understanding of this system that I love so much."

Anatomy & Physiology

Understand how the body is put together and how it works. Many modern yogic practices are physical, designed to bring health to the body and mind. We explore how postures, exercises and breathing techniques impact us.

History & Philosophy

Understand where yoga comes from. As a tradition more than two thousand years old, yoga is diverse and complex. When we know where certain beliefs and practices come from, our own yogic practice gains great clarity.

Teaching Skills

Communicating knowledge to our students is a skill all by itself. We explore how to see your students' bodies, how to use your voice and language, and how to make corrections, as well as understanding how different students learn and how we can best help them.
